In Cross Search, cross search is available among materials in National Archives of Japan and materials in outer databases.

　(1) Advance Search Click and move to Advance Search screen
　(2) Keyword Input Keywords for search
　(3) Search Execute search
　　Clear Clear input keywords
　(4) Save settings for search Save settings for search and set to default setting.
These setting items can be saved.

• Status for preference of Group Set
• Show on/off of the group
• Status for preference of the database

　(5) Database

　Check on the database and include target for search.

　Name of Group --- Name of the group of databases
　　　If checked, all databases of the group are in target range.
　　　If unchecked, only checked databases are in target range.
　Name of Database --- Name of the database

　(6) Open all Groups　All databases of each group are displayed.
　　 Close all Groups　All databases are hide.
