- Most of the records transferred from the Ministry of Education by 2000 had been centrally managed by the General Affairs Division Record Sections. Based on their present condition, these records are divided into two types: those compiled and filed in accordance with the "Ministry of Education Documents Preservation and Classification Regulations" (January 7, 1935 directive) (hereinafter referred to as the "1935 Category") and those compiled and filed in accordance with the "Ministry of Education Records and Documents Classification Chart" (February 21, 1970 Directive No. 6) (hereinafter referred to as the "1970 Category").
