- At the establishment of the Ministry of Electrical Communications Radiowave Agency in June, 1949, the need for high-level technical council institutions was recognized from the essence of radio administration which should be based on foundations in science technology, and the Radio Technical Council was established according to the regulations of the Ministry of Telecommunications Establishment Law.
