- The Administrative Council responsible for the administrative system and management, and for making important recommendations based on administrative inspections.It was established by the revision of the Act for Establishment of Administrative Management Agency in August 1952 for better public services.Its activity was divided into the following seven periods;:(コロン) Period I (Dec. 1952-Dec. 1953), Period II (Sep. 1955-Dec. 1955), Period III (Dec. 1955-Dec. 1956), Period IV (Oct. 1958-Sep. 1959), Period V (Dec. 1959-Dec. 1960), and Period VI (Oct. 1963-Oct. 1964), and VII (Nov. 1964-Nov. 1965). Between the fifth and the sixth periods, tasks related to bureaucracy reform was rather assigned to the first Temporary Administrative Investigation Council.
