- Minutes of the first to the 39th meeting of the first and the second Overseas Assets Issues Review Council (1954 Law No. 186, 1964 Law No. 256), which was established to investigate and review the government's legal obligation to compensate for Japanese overseas assets in foreign countries at the end of World War II and the necessity of taking policy measures, as well as other records related to the Review Council, documents giving an overview of overseas assets issues (in foreign countries), overseas assets-related laws and ordinances of Germany, Italy, France, Austria, and other countries, and other materials related to overseas assets issues.|br|Also included are reports of approval for subsidies paid in accordance with the Law for the Payment of Special Subsidies for Repatriates (1967 Law No. 114), which are classified by prefecture; requests for issuance of National Treasury Bonds and detailed registries of National Treasury Bonds issued, which are organized and compiled by fiscal year; decisions on investigations of administrative complaints about non-approval of special subsidies for repatriates and dismissals of requests for administrative complaint investigation, which are compiled by year; reports of cancellation of subsidy payment approval, files on cancellation of issuance of National Treasury Bonds, and original documents requesting correction of matters entered in application forms, and requests for payment of subsidies and original documents related to subsidy payment approval (for residents of Okinawa and foreign countries), which are organized and compiled by item.
