Kasuga sairei koufukugyouji chu
The scroll shows various events of Wakamiya festival held at the Kasuga Taisha Shrine in Nara on November 27 every year. Dengaku, Sarugaku, Noh and Sumo etc. were painted. The colophon is dated 1709 (the 6th year of Hoei).The festival is also now held annually on December 17.
