- Scope and Content
- Records of deliberations on bills and proposed ordinances during the period from around 1948 to 1971 had been organized and preserved using materials that counsellors had on hand in those days as reference materials for executing their duties. Since January 1972, when the guidelines for compilation and preservation of records of deliberations on bills and proposed ordinances were enforced, such records have been organized and preserved systematically.
