酒造税納期繰下の請願　神奈川県愛甲郡玉川村全国酒造組合聯合会長小林作五郎呈出（紹介議員鳴海文四郎君）右請願の要旨は現行酒造税の納期たる第３第４期は２月及３月にして恰も醸造最盛の時期に当り多大の資金を要する場合に際して納税額の半額を引続き納付するは当業者の非常に苦痛とする所にして其の結果小資本家の投売となり経済界に悪影響を及し延ては納税の確実を欠き収税当局を煩はすに至るへし依て第４期を５月に繰下け以て之か調節を図られたしと謂ふに在り衆議院は其の趣旨を至当なりと認め之を採択すへきものと議決せり依て議院法第６５条に依り別冊及御送付候也　大正８年３月２５日
